These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Happy Hub (https://happyhub.in) and related features, including user accounts, comments, reactions, and contact submissions.

By accessing or using Happy Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site.

1. Operator and Scope

Happy Hub is operated by Puneet Kala ("Operator").

These Terms apply to all users globally, including users located in the European Union, the United States, and India.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • Public content may be accessed without registration.
  • Account registration is required to post comments or reactions.
  • You must provide accurate and complete account information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must promptly notify the Operator of any suspected unauthorized account access.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Interfere with security, integrity, or availability of the site.
  • Transmit malware, automated abuse traffic, spam, or other harmful code.

The Operator may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or block access where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

4. User Content (Comments and Reactions)

  • You retain ownership of content you submit.
  • By submitting content, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, and process such content solely for operation, maintenance, and improvement of Happy Hub.
  • You represent that you have the rights required to submit such content.
  • You are solely responsible for your submitted content and any resulting consequences.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Happy Hub content is owned by the Operator and licensed as described in the License page.

Third-party names, marks, logos, and resources remain the property of their respective owners.

6. No Paid Services

Happy Hub currently offers no paid products, subscriptions, or fee-based services.

If paid services are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated before such services become available.

7. Privacy and Cookies

Use of Happy Hub is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

Where consent is required (including analytics cookies), you may manage preferences through the site's cookie settings controls.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Happy Hub may include integrations with, or links to, third-party services (including hosting, authentication, analytics, video platforms, and external websites).

The Operator does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or terms.

9. Availability, Modification, and Termination

The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Happy Hub at any time, with or without notice.

The Operator may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Happy Hub content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to access to or use of Happy Hub.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended for a global audience. Consumer and data-protection rights under mandatory laws in your jurisdiction (including the EU, US, and India) remain unaffected.

Subject to mandatory local law, disputes not resolved informally will be governed by the laws applicable to the Operator's principal place of operation.

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting the Operator.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision.

Continued use of Happy Hub after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

14. General Provisions

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and License page, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of Happy Hub.
